Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are manufacturer since 2004.
Q: What is the format for the drawing?
A: We need 3D STP file, or 2F PDF, DWG file.
And please tell the material, quantity, surface finish, and other requirements. Thanks.
Q: How can I get the sample? What's the lead time?
A: Generally, if the product in stock, the sample can be sent in 3 days. But if the product is not in stock, then need 15 days for the sample.
Q: What's the lead time for mass production?
A: The lead time will based on your quantity. Generally, 10-25 days after we received the deposit.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: T/T, Paypal, etc. 50% in advance, and the balance 50% before delivery.
